Writing
Advocating Autonomy
Writing, for me, is an act of grace, self-integrity and release.
I write from the intersections of lived experience — work and wellbeing, health and illness, grief and joy, and autonomy and agency.
My writing has explored neurodivergence, career and work, miscarriage and perinatal loss, caregiving, grief, relationships, chronic illness, art and the ordinary complexity of being human. Increasingly, I'm interested in ageing, sufficiency and creative agency in the second half of life: what happens when some of the roles and responsibilities that have organised our lives begin to loosen, and we have enough autonomy to become curious about what comes next.
