Career change

What are some simple steps we can take to plan before we enter a career change or pivot, so we don't get stuck?

1. Identify what you are moving towards?

Stop focusing on what you dislike about your current job. There is no need to obsess about it. You will use up energy that can be put to better use.

In your role, what elements do you like the most?

We all have things that we care about more than others.

The things you get worked up when others don’t share your level of commitment. Together we can collaborate and work on your desire to change roles. I can help you to identify your passion and stay committed to pursuing your purpose.

2. Leverage your skills.

You have transferable skills. This is one of the most common misconceptions that leads people to believe they are stuck. There are many skills like project management, analysis and others that are transferable.

You already have a solid amount of experience for your next move.

Of course, there will be gaps. How can you develop these further? Career change is scary but not impossible. You can always explore the possibility without committing to full-scale change at the onset.
